FIND MY AI VOICE · PROJECT GUIDE
AI voices for corporate training and eLearning
Training narration should make the lesson easier to understand, not compete with it. A useful starting point is a steady voice that can explain a process, emphasize an exception and sound consistent across many short lessons.

Eryn - Confident Corporate Training
Choose clarity before dramatic delivery
Begin with a representative lesson, including its least familiar vocabulary. A voice that sounds impressive in an introduction may be tiring over a twenty-minute module. Compare a patient instructional delivery with a firmer corporate delivery and listen at the actual volume and playback speed learners will use. Avoid choosing only on the basis of a single energetic sentence.
Give important exceptions room
Separate a rule, an example and an exception into distinct sentences. Use headings and short transitions to signal a new topic. For compliance material, have the responsible subject-matter expert review both the script and the final audio: a fluent reading cannot establish that policy wording is correct. Captions, transcripts and accessible course design remain useful even when the narration is clear.
Check consistency across modules
Keep an approved passage containing your organization’s recurring terms. Use it when evaluating new lessons or changes to voice settings. Listen for changes in energy, pronunciation and pacing between modules. Split long scripts into coherent sections, then review the joins so the course sounds intentional rather than assembled from unrelated clips.
A short script to audition
Copy this example or replace it with a passage from your own project. It is written audition text, not a recording or a claim about the samples above.
Before you begin, review the access level assigned to your role. Share a document only with the people who need it for their work. If you are unsure whether a request is appropriate, pause and contact your team’s designated reviewer.
Listen for these details
- Can a new learner follow the explanation on the first listen?
- Are exceptions clear without sounding alarmist?
- Does the delivery remain comfortable through a complete lesson?
What makes a voice suitable for eLearning?
Suitability depends on your learners, script and course format. Use the previews to shortlist vocal styles, then compare the same lesson passage in ElevenLabs rather than treating a voice label as a quality guarantee.
